Did 3 sets of split squats and leg swings before the run. Really should do more. Working into it. 10 km was still pretty hard but it was easier than the last two runs. Right calf started feeling sore before the run was finished. Seven hours later, the calf is feeling sore. Left high-hamstring area sore as usual. Stretched a little after the run. Should probably start stretching a little before the run. Trying to get ready for a 10km event in July, though and want to get back on my feet.
