Half Marathon training, Week 3, day 9: easy/recovery run. I planned to go to the gym afterwards, but ended up starting the run too late, and had to cancel it. Before the run. asshole came to me and said some shit, wich soured my mood (and elevated HR0. Then, iSmoothRun continues to freeze HR readings, which messes up averages. Fuck, it is hard to find a decent running app... tried NRC, iSmoothRun, Strava, RunKeeper, all of then sucked in different ways.
