(70 F/88% humidity) My plan this week was to start increasing my recovery run days. Currently I'm running S/T/TH for 1 hour or so. Then M/W/F, I was running 1 mile. I increased my M/W/F runs to two miles this week. Hopefully I can increase that to 4 miles next week, then to the flat hour that I'd like it to be. Then my plan is to start working on extending my long run. Knee pain: I was starting to have a bit of knee pain going up steps last night.
