Ran the Kildonan Park trails with Roger. We took it with an easy pace as I'm still assessing Roger's fitness and my right IT Band is still sore and I was feeling it at the 2.5 mi mark and I didn't want to push. I encouraged Roger to run the last 100m all out and he was able to do it well.
