17 C raining. Into the 3km it started to rain, by the time I got to 4km it was a downpour. I could barely see and I was literally soaked. I had to stuff my ipod into my pants to protect it from getting wet, then had to fight with it from falling which slowed my cadence.
Ran again with my minimalist shoes. My calves were still sore, but I put on some compression wraps around my calves which helped. I'll do that for the next 3-5 running sessions I do with my minimals. I am feeling a little stron
