I felt great, didn't rush my pace, was working more on form and ensuring my posture was straight, my feet were moving with a quick light impact on the forefoot and when I got on the trail I slowed down even more because I can feel every rock under me. And by 5.5km I felt my big right toe and the middle toe really start to rub under my VFF's. At first it felt like a rock was in my VFF but I was forced to stop and walk off the last 600m as my foot was just in pain from the constant rubb
