Felt good going into the run, tried to keep it in the 5:50 - 6:00 range, and I felt I was able to do that for 13km no problem. It was the last 5 that I suddenly started feeling tired. I really didn't eat well today, so I'm sure I was getting close to bonking this run. By the 16km mark I was feeling a twinge in my calves and ITBand so I just decided to walk it off and not risk any injury for the upcoming race.
