Got up early to run with Phil, Lori, Paul, Josh and Roberto. Did a nice easy to the Forks and back. Practicing new technique, learning how to move properly.
Laced them back up to get into the thick of things. I have a Winnipeg Fire Paramedic 1/2 marathon coming up this Sunday. Good time to shake out the legs and get moving again. Nice to know fitness is still there and feeling fully recovered. Aiming for a nice 1/2 mary time
