Got up kind of early and decided on running a 10k. I've lost fitness as you can tell since I haven't had the chance or time to run as much as I want. I really felt slow during the second half of the run. I was dressed too warm to boot and had to stop to take off my top layer as I was feeling uncomfortable. Ran on empty stomach and very little water, so that could attribute to the slow time.
