8 x 90 Seconds interval - * Run 90 seconds at 5km pace followed by 90 seconds slow recovery jog. This was a tough run, as you're apt to blast the first 2 intervals but I heeded Osty's advice and to keep myself on an even pace throughout and only push during the last 2 if I have the legs. Unfortunately I didn't bring my watch and had to be tracked by my phone. So I couldn't get the splits.
