One of my faster runs. Even running through a full down pour I was able to keep up a good pace. One thing of note, I ran sockless in my Brooks Pureflows. Was able to keep my stride and form in check in response to the way my legs were feeling. I was a little surprised of my 4:52 split at the 9km mark as that pace didn't feel that hard to push. I'll start working on tempo'ing out near the 5:00 - 5:10 pace in the next week, learning to get comfortable at that and lengthening the distance by anothe
