As I'm getting ready for my marathon training cycle, decided to do a fast paced tempo run on my lunch break. Felt pretty good going the first 4km but the rain started to come down the last bit and I started to feel pain in my left achilles and both hip flexors which makes me think I'm not striking the ground properly and I'm overtraining. I'm still within my tempo training paces but it's best I take time off and heal everything after running a half mary and a full during the same week and contin
