    Nice morning, wanted to get in 28km but was running out of time as I have the girls with me this week. I was going to run early in the morning then run with CPR, but had a terrible sleep and was very groggy getting up and getting ready. No aches and pains until the last 3km when my calves were feeling tired. I ran with Phil, Lori, Doug and Paul to Osbourne and Wolesley and then did one loop around the park with Doug. Doug gave me a lot of insight on how he did a 3:06 marathon...quite interesting
