I was so glad I took a break yesterday, after that very hard speed workout. Didn't do any shakeout or recovery run...just rested. Today I was having motivation anxiety, I wasn't feeling it. Didn't have the motivation to run. But I'm glad I did. Started off nice and relaxed, then started picking it up and at the 5km turn, Phil and I decided to turn it on. We really started picking it up at the golf course and when we got to the formal gardens, I was able to muster enough for a final kick. Great r
