Worked a weird shift the night before from 9pm-4am so my body is a bit out of whack. Didn't feel 100% going into the run. And during the run, I was finding myself running a lot faster than I anticipated and had to dial back. I didn't want to get caught up with the gazelles. Having said that, during those moments of speed, it wasn't a struggle to keep the pace.
