Missed the CPR morning run as I wasn't feeling too well. Woke up more sore than normal. Felt better as the day went on and decided to just do a nice easy 10 miler. Felt ok throughout the run but was getting tired at the end. Probably because I didn't eat anything for lunch and had no water through the run. Overall a 6/10
