Had a little freak out over the weekend. As I was doing the Saturday LSD, I was moving out of the way for these 2 kids on bicycles and my right foot hit the cement and grass and twisted my ankle slightly. I didn't feel anything during the run but after, the right foot was a bit sore. Then during the night it was aching and I could barely move my foot. Then Sunday...it was bad.
