    Ok run, but I was really feeling it near the end. I knew I was coming to exhaustion and I was feeling the aches and pains coming from my achilles. Didn't help that I was drinking last night so I was feeling dehydrated most of the day. Stopped at Kildonan Park and met up with Cherry who was training and got a ride back from her. Didn't get my mileage goal of 25 kms, but I at least got the some mileage in today.
