Something is very wrong. I couldn't get my legs to fire as I felt both my calves ankles and achilles just ready to snap. I have zero energy and I can't get a decent pace going. I don't know if I'm tired, injured or just burnt out but this is a huge anamoly as I've never felt anything like this before. I've already taken a week off and the more time I miss the harder it's going to get in the mileage for Twin Cities.
