Took this run nice and easy and mostly ran by feel. I'd find myself wanting to go fast on some segments, then just ease off on good chunks of the route. I guess you can say there were fartleks done, but for the most part I concentrated on shaking out my legs after the 1/2 marathon. Both knees were sore, but the pain wasn't unbearable. I'm happy I completed the distance with no pressure for time goals.
