This is run is where a lot of experience kicks in with all of the pre-base running I've done in April. My HRM was acting totally goofy as it was reading off the charts into the high 190bpm for the first 2.5 miles, but I knew I was running well within my reach even though Garmin was telling me I was pure anaerobic for 2.5 miles.
