Was feeling ok, just maybe a little tight and sore from yesterday's LSD, so I made sure I was going very slow. Weird thing was, my HR was still pretty high for the effort I was giving. Wondering if that was a misread from the HR strap or a real reading which if true, was good I wasn't going very fast to avoid injury.
