Just did a short 5k as I was practicing breathing throughout this run. I wanted to run with a calm breathing technique all throughout my nose, keeping my mouth shut. I was able to do it without struggle until 3.5k, then I was not only nose breathing but mouth breathing too. My body still felt good and I was running well within myself.
