6 Loops > 2 Humps > 1 Loop cooldown
Tonight was tough. I struggled on the 2nd set up the loop, I was feeling it. I knew this was going to be tough and I think it's a combination of longer distances and keeping up with running almost everyday. But this is by design, I want to do hill training on days I have double's scheduled as I need to know the struggle of fatigue and that fogginess that comes over you when it get's tough.
