25C Cloudy and humid. After resting 3 days from my terrible Friday run, I whipped out the VFF's and ran an easy 5km to get my feet and calves and achilles back into the thick of running. Never realized how much I missed running after you miss out on a couple of days.
My only gripe was I kept getting phone calls which broke my feng shuei and pace.
