This is the week I started adding doubles to my training cycle to up the weekly mileage and help me acclimatize to running in the morning. Going to start with only 2 doubles/week for the first 2 weeks to see if my body can handle the extra mileage as I'm trying to get into that 50-55 miles/week range.
